Yes. You can check the creation date in Meta Ad Library → Page Transparency. Fanpage age is one of the signals Meta uses to calibrate how much your account can spend, new fanpage = low limit and aggressive review.

Depends on the bundle and volume. Most orders ship the same day. Larger bundles (Scale/Enterprise) may be delivered in batches to preserve the health of each host BM.

Is my main BM at risk when I receive the share?

No. Your BM is only the receiver of the share, it's not the one hosting the account or running the ads at risk. The account lives in our infrastructure. If Meta disables something, it disables on our side, and we replace. Your main BM stays clean.
