Yes. You can check the creation date in Meta Ad Library → Page Transparency. Fanpage age is one of the signals Meta uses to calibrate how much your account can spend, new fanpage = low limit and aggressive review.

Depends on the bundle and volume. Most orders ship the same day. Larger bundles (Scale/Enterprise) may be delivered in batches to preserve the health of each host BM.

Is my main BM at risk when I receive the share?
